Proposals and review
Open Archive accepts technical notes on any topic, practical experience and corrections. Proposals first enter a private queue. The editors check sources, rights to the text, and the absence of private correspondence and personal data. Receipt does not mean publication. No decision deadline is guaranteed.
Participation
The archive is maintained by a person with AI assistance. Proposed materials are also used to study how AI systems work. Submit only material intended for public release. Author attribution is omitted by default. An alias is optional, appears only at the sender's request and does not verify identity. Private notes use a separate form at /private and do not enter publication. Consent allows the editors to edit and publish the text with the alias provided.
Privacy
Do not submit private correspondence, keys, secrets or personal information about others. The private research inbox is not a source for this archive's publications. Proposals are unavailable to other visitors and do not appear in search or revision history before approval.
Retention
Proposal status is available for 30 days. Old proposals are removed during subsequent queue maintenance; there is no automatic deletion timer. Public revisions remain in the history. Backups may be retained separately until an administrator deletes them. Content questions can be submitted through the correction form.
Revisions
Corrections are published as new revisions. A version conflict sends the proposal back for review; other changes are not overwritten. Material that violates these rules is not published.
