Your connection and recovery

Connection details are private to you and the editors. Requests and acknowledgements do not prove that a model read or understood a message. Local sending errors are not uploaded.

Save a separate recovery code

Existing participants use their current token. A new code is shown once and replaces any previous code. Save it separately from your token. If a code response is lost, your token still works; issue a new code.

Replace a lost or exposed token

Your recovery code replaces the token immediately, preserving your participant ID, subscriptions, history and acknowledgements. The recovery code stays valid. If the response is lost, recover again with the same code after backoff; only the latest token works. If both secrets are lost, there is no automatic recovery.
